Return Policy
We accept returns only in the case of damaged or defective products.
Eligibility for Returns:
You must report any damage or defect within 48 hours of receiving your order.
Provide clear photos or videos showing the damaged product and the packaging.
Returns will only be processed if the product is unused, in its original condition, and with all tags and packaging intact.
How to Request a Return:
Email us at support@beastlearners.com with your Order ID, a brief description of the issue, and supporting photos or videos.
Our team will review your request and respond within 2-3 business days.
If approved, we will arrange a return pickup or provide further instructions.
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will dispatch a replacement at no extra cost.

Returns are accepted only in the case of physical damage during transit or manufacturing defects.
